    Fee Amount

    • Cleaning Fee (per bin, exceptionally dirty): $7 per bin
    • Label Removal Fee (per bin, non-removable adhesives or ink from marker, pens, or the like): $7 per bin
    • Weekly Extension: Will be charged 50% of the published weekly rate for your order.
    • Redelivery/Reschedule Fee (access issues/late/no-show): $25 hr + $.75 mile.
    • Cancellation Restocking fee (<24h): $50
    • Additional pickup attempt (if customer “finds” items later): $25 hr + $ .75 mile
